Use of this website

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It is not technical advice for a specific home, and system recommendations always require an in-person assessment.

Quotes and pricing

Pricing shown or discussed before an assessment is an estimate. Firm pricing is provided in writing after we have inspected the equipment, home and installation conditions. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the document.

Appointments

Arrival windows are estimates and may shift due to emergency calls or weather. We will contact you if your appointment is affected. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Warranty

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty as registered. Our workmanship is warranted separately as stated on your invoice. Warranty coverage may require documented annual maintenance.

Offers

Promotions apply to qualifying work only, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Financing and rebate approvals are determined by the applicable third-party program.
